The easiest way to gain over 6 HP without tuning while using the factory-fitted OEM Akrapovic muffler and exhaust valve, or add our race muffler and gain over 15hp after tuning.

We have developed headers specifically for the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade. These headers are designed to be compatible with the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) muffler and exhaust valve while maintaining a low decibel (97dB) rating. You can expect a modest increase of 6hp, along with a significant boost in torque throughout the entire RPM range, all without the need for any tuning. If you want even more power, consider adding our optional 60mm race muffler and link pipe. When paired with a tune, this upgrade can provide an additional 15 horsepower.

The use of lightweight titanium reduces stopping distances, increases acceleration times and notably speeds up changes in direction, whilst colouring up after one heat cycle for that exotic race track appearance.
