A top quieter muffler receives all exhaust gas when the valve is closed, then when selected by a handlebar mount switch the valve at the entry to the lower straight-through unrestricted muffler opens and exhaust gas will take the path of least resistance via the lower muffler that has no restriction making for a very loud deep tone. For those that want to reduce the sound slightly a removable baffle is supplied. The electric motor that drives the exhaust valve is a purpose-made weatherproof servo made by BMW and comes with a wiring harness and switch that takes power from a 12-volt ignition live supply. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen tuning the Stealth exhaust the technician will customise the tune to the valve open (loud mode).
